Harr CJDR in Worcester, Massachusetts is seeking a Service Valet to deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, parking vehicles, and coordinating with the service department.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in Service Drive on arrival.
• Create a welcoming environment by using the customer’s name.
• Move vehicles to the appropriate service staging areas.
• Pickup and delivery of vehicles to customer’s home/work and back.
• Assist customers with belongings to and from loaner vehicle or shuttle.
• Keep service parking lot organized.
• Work with the team to serve customers promptly.

Description of the Role:

The Service Valet at Harr CJDR is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service by assisting with various service-related tasks, including greeting customers, parking vehicles, and coordinating with the service department.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers in Service Drive upon arrival
• Create a warm and welcoming environment by using the customer’s name
• Demonstrate a positive presence with a smile
• Move vehicles to the appropriate service staging areas
• Pick Up and Delivery - Deliver customer’s vehicle from their home/work to the dealership and back.
• Assist customers with any personal belongings to and from their vehicle to the loaner vehicle or shuttle
• Keep service parking lot organized
• Work well within a team in order to serve the customer in a timely manner

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Clean driving record
• Valid State of Residence Driver’s License
• Defensive driver with an emphasis on safety
• Must be able to pass a drug test
