Responsibilities

• Greet customers in Service Drive upon arrival.
• Create a welcoming environment using the customer’s name.
• Move vehicles to the appropriate service staging areas.
• Pickup and delivery of customer vehicles to and from the dealership.
• Assist customers with belongings to and from loaner vehicles or shuttle.
• Keep service parking lot organized.
• Work well within a team to serve customers promptly.
