Job summary

Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale is seeking a Full-Time Service Valet to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to gain automotive experience while delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily service operations.

You will greet customers, shuttle vehicles, manage vehicle flow, perform basic checks, and keep areas clean and organized. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are available in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Neat and clean professional appearance.
• Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and direct them to their Service Advisor.
• Drive customer vehicles safely between the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas.
• Assist with vehicle flow throughout the Service Department to maintain an organized service operation.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including checking gas, oil, water, and tire pressure.
• Provide complimentary vehicle washes as requested.
• Maintain inventory of service supplies, including key tags, floor mats, and seat covers.
• Keep the service drive and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Demonstrate dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to support the team as needed.
