Qualifications

• Customer service or lot attendant experience is helpful but not required.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help customers and coworkers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles; manual transmission experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize customer vehicles in the service department to support vehicle flow.
• Check service vehicles for fuel, oil, water and tire pressure.
• Maintain inventory of service supplies (key tags, floor mats, seat covers).
• Keep service drive, shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Perform courtesy vehicle washes as requested.
• Safely operate dealership vehicles and follow safety procedures.
• Assist the service team with additional tasks to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle flow throughout the dealership by moving and organizing customer vehicles in the service department
• Check and maintain service vehicles, including fuel, oil, water, and tire pressure
• Maintain inventory of service supplies, including key tags, floor mats, and seat covers
• Help keep the service drive, shop, and surrounding work areas clean and organized
• Perform courtesy vehicle washes as requested
• Safely operate customer and dealership vehicles while following all safety procedures
• Support the service team with additional tasks to ensure an efficient customer experience
