Responsibilities

  • Install seat, steering wheel, and floor protection in all vehicles.
  • Maintain the parking lot in an organized manner.
  • Move customer and dealership vehicles as directed.
  • Inspect vehicles for stains and damages before returning them.
  • Retrieve customer vehicles when paid or as directed.
  • Comply with federal and local regulations.
  • Check in loaner vehicles returned by customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the customer drop-off area.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to customers.
  • Exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Attend training classes as directed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Install seat, steering wheel, and floor protection in all vehicles taken in for service prior to returning a completed vehicle to a customer, remove the seat, steering wheel and floor covers and ID tags installed when vehicle was brought in for service.
  • Help to maintain the parking lot in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Move customer and dealership vehicles as directed.
  • Help inspect the vehicles for stains, debris and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer, and report any damages to the management immediately.
  • Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid or as directed by the cashier or service advisors.
  • Remain in the service write‑up area unless performing another task as directed.
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations, such as safety requirements, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, Right‑to‑Know, etc.
  • Check in loaner vehicles being returned by customers.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness of the customer drop off area.
  • Utilize all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and quality service to the customers and dealership.
  • Take the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles.
  • Present self as a positive role model by demonstrating commitment to the department, customers, dealership, and company.
  • Attend training classes as directed by management.
  • Assist greeter during heavy traffic load conditions.
Job Qualifications
  • Must have high school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Background and MVR Check required.
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
