Job summary

The Electricians & Plumbers is seeking an experienced CSR/Service Dispatcher to join our Centennial office. This full-time, in-office role keeps the service department running efficiently and accurately.

In this position you will answer calls, schedule and dispatch technicians, and manage the daily schedule while ensuring all job notes and materials are properly documented in ServiceTitan. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching or service coordination in electrical, plumbing, HVAC or related trades.
• Hands-on ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Understanding of the service process from customer call through dispatch to closeout.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide professional, helpful customer service.
• Schedule residential and commercial service appointments.
• Dispatch technicians based on location, skill, availability, job type, and priority.
• Manage and adjust the daily technicians schedule throughout the day.
• Accurately assign job types, categories and priorities.
• Communicate job details and customer information to technicians.
• Monitor technician progress and keep customers informed of schedule changes.
• Work directly with technicians to ensure jobs are documented properly.
• Review and close out jobs with technicians before dispatching to the next call.
• Verify job notes, photos, materials, and other required information are complete and accurate.
• Maintain accurate customer and job information in ServiceTitan.
