Tampa Honda in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Service-to-Sales Manager to bridge the gap between our Service and Sales departments. You will identify upgrade opportunities, guide customers through appraisals and vehicle purchases, and collaborate with leadership to maximize retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales management, sales desk, finance, or service-to-sales.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations.

• Experience with CDK preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with service customers to identify upgrade and trade opportunities.
• Assist customers through appraisal, trade, and vehicle purchase process.
• Work with Sales and Service leadership to maximize customer retention.
• Support desk activities including deal structure, inventory recommendations, and follow-up.
• Help develop and maintain referral opportunities between departments.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout ownership lifecycle.
