Role Description

The Service Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bradenton, FL. In this role, the technician performs routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC and related building systems, including inspections, adjustments, and part replacements. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, troubleshooting system performance, and completing repairs in the field at customer locations. The technician documents work performed, communicates clearly with customers about findings and recommendations, and coordinates with team members to ensure timely service. This role also involves adhering to safety standards, following company procedures, and maintaining tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working order.

Qualifications

• Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for HVAC and related building systems.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical and mechanical issues.
• Experience in Field Service, including working independently at customer sites.
• Solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain technical information in clear, respectful terms.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in HVAC or a related field is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for travel to job sites.
• Capacity to work on-site, including standing, lifting, and working in varying environmental conditions.
