• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and complete accurate service documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal HVAC training or technical school education is preferred.

Role Description

The Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician is a full-time role involving diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, rooftop units, ductless systems, and related controls. The technician will perform preventive maintenance, evaluate system performance, and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure safety, efficiency, and comfort. Daily responsibilities include responding to service calls, accurately documenting work performed, maintaining tools and company vehicle, and following all safety and regulatory guidelines. The technician will interact directly with customers, explain findings and recommendations in clear terms, and support high levels of customer satisfaction.
