Job summary

Bobcat of Richmond, a division of Winchester Equipment Co., is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. This on-site role involves maintenance and repair of construction equipment for customers in the Richmond area.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of mechanical or vocational experience, can lift up to 75 pounds, provide personal tools, and maintain a valid DOT medical card. We offer health/dental/life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, PTO, boot

Qualifications

• At least 2-4 years of Mechanical, Vocational or Industry experience.
• Must be able to maintain and operate shop equipment tools.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services for our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in an efficient manner.
