100Hires, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our Toledo, Ohio team. The role focuses on start-up and service of commercial HVAC equipment, with opportunities to mentor junior technicians.

Candidates must have 5+ years of field experience, EPA Universal, OSHA 10, and own hand tools. The position offers to travel when needed, a pay range of $35.00–$60.00 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, HSA, PTO and holidays, a company truck, laptop & phone,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged units.
• Startup experience; mentoring others in the field.
• EPA Universal; OSHA 10-hour training (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Own hand tools and a clean driving record.
