Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Position Summary

The Service Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction for Enagic USA. The primary responsibility of this position is to repair, clean, deep clean, and maintain Enagic’s ionization water machines after sales, as well as to perform a variety of service-related tasks. The Service Technician is expected to uphold the company’s values of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork in all aspects of their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repair, cleaning, deep cleaning, and maintenance of Enagic ionization water machines received by the Service Department, ensuring all work meets company standards for quality and safety.
  • Carry out tasks and assignments as directed by Service Managers and Supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with coworkers, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to new or less experienced team members as required, sharing knowledge and best practices to support team development.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace, adhering to all company policies regarding workplace safety and efficiency.
  • Communicate and share relevant work-related information with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
  • Receive, inspect, and properly store parts and supplies delivered from factories, warehouses, and other sources, ensuring inventory accuracy and readiness for service tasks.
  • Prepare, pack, and ship completed machines to customers or other company locations, ensuring all items are handled with care and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Provide customer support as needed, including answering service-related inquiries, offering technical assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Adhere to the company’s dress code and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures, demonstrating integrity and accountability in all actions.
Hours

Monday- Saturday with a weekday off and alternating Saturdays. 9am-6pm

Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in technical repair, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment as required.
