Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred.
• Experience in service, maintenance, repair, or field support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or technical systems as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments on assigned equipment or systems.
• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Document service activities, parts used, and completed work according to procedures.
• Communicate with customers, team members, and supervisors regarding status and recommendations.
• Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and service vehicles or work areas in good condition.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and equipment setup as needed.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
