Berger Communities in State College, PA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support South Gate Apartments. You will handle service requests, perform repairs, prep units for new residents, and maintain grounds and common areas with a focus on resident satisfaction.

This full-time role offers competitive pay between $21 and $23 per hour, paid biweekly, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, moving bonuses, and on-call incentives, along with robust health benefits and a retirement plan.

Apartment Maintenance Technician
