Job summary

Berger Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians for multiple opportunities in the State College area (South Gate, Vairo Village, Toftrees). The role involves completing maintenance requests, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances, and preparing apartments for new residents.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401k, tuition assistance, and rent discounts.

• Complete apartment maintenance requests and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community
• Assist with general property upkeep
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed
• Provide friendly, professional service to our residents
