Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for River View in Downtown Pittsburgh, PA. You’ll keep the community running smoothly by handling service requests, making repairs, and preparing homes for new residents.

This full-time position offers a rotating on-call schedule, competitive pay at $22-24 per hour, and benefits including health coverage, a 401(k) match, tuition assistance, and paid time off starting Day 1. Parking is provided.

Berger Communities is hiring a Service Technician for Apartments at River View in Downtown Pittsburgh, PA.

Pay & Benefits

• $22-24/hour, paid biweekly, plus:

Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday. This position also includes a rotating on-call schedule, with on-call responsibilities one week every other week.
