You will be a valuable and developing member of the Service Operations team at DoorDash Labs. You will build on your existing technical skills to perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work to keep our robot fleet and electric bicycles operating at peak performance, supporting our fleet utilization goals. You will work closely with Senior Service Technicians and your manager to expand your troubleshooting skills, gain deeper familiarity with our systems, and progressively take on more complex repairs.
This is an on‑site role with expectations of 100% in‑office presence in Mesa, AZ. This position is available on the AM shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), five days per week, including at least one weekend day.
We operate 7 days a week, 16 hrs a day to support Robot Operations. During training, you will be on a temporary schedule until your on‑the‑job training is completed over a few weeks. Once training is complete, you will move to your permanent shift assignment. To ensure you can plan accordingly, permanent shift reassignments are provided with at least two weeks' notice.
