DoorDash is looking for a Service Technician to join their Mesa, AZ team. In this role, you will maintain and repair robotic systems and electric bicycles, contributing to fleet performance and reliability.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of service experience, strong mechanical inclination, and effective communication skills. This position is on-site and requires a valid U.S. driver's license. Mentorship from experienced technicians will be provided to develop your troubleshooting abilities.

You will be a valuable and developing member of the Service Operations team at DoorDash Labs. You will build on your existing technical skills to perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work to keep our robot fleet and electric bicycles operating at peak performance, supporting our fleet utilization goals. You will work closely with Senior Service Technicians and your manager to expand your troubleshooting skills, gain deeper familiarity with our systems, and progressively take on more complex repairs.
This is an on-site role with expectations of 100% in-office presence in Mesa, AZ. This position is available on the AM shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), five days per week, including at least one weekend day.
