Qualifications

• Completed a recognized apprenticeship or dealership-approved training program
• City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience in diagnosing, servicing, maintaining , and repairing motor vehicles
• Manufacturer training experience preferred
• Strong understanding of safe manual handling practices
• Organized , methodical problem-solving approach
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Undertake ongoing training to maintain best practices and technical knowledge

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and report vehicle faults and identify current and future servicing or repair requirements
• Accurately record all work completed, including parts, components, lubricants, and consumables used
• Read, understand, and apply technical service instructions and updated working practices
• Carry out preventative maintenance to minimize unnecessary customer costs
• Protect customer vehicles using appropriate covers , dust sheets, and cleaning consumables
• Always maintain vehicle security , including locking vehicles when unattended

Service Technicians play a vital role in protecting customer vehicles, maintaining safety standards, controlling costs, and enhancing the reputation of Rosen Automotive Group through professionalism and quality workmanship.

Requirements

Completed a recognized apprenticeship or dealership-approved training program

City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.

Proven experience in diagnosing, servicing, maintaining , and repairing motor vehicles

Manufacturer training experience preferred.
