Job summary

Rosen Automotive Group is seeking skilled and motivated Service Technicians to join our team in Greenfield, Wisconsin. This role performs maintenance, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on motor vehicles to high standards, within scheduled times, while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements include completing an apprenticeship or dealership-approved training and City & Guilds or equivalent.

Qualifications

Completed a recognized apprenticeship or dealership-approved training program.
City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.
Proven experience diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing motor vehicles.
Manufacturer training experience preferred.
Strong understanding of safe manual handling practices.
Organized, methodical problem-solving approach.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Undertake ongoing training to maintain best practices and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and report vehicle faults and identify current and future servicing or repair requirements.
Accurately record all work completed, including parts, components, lubricants, and consumables used.
Read, understand, and apply technical service instructions and updated working practices.
Carry out preventative maintenance to minimize unnecessary customer costs.
Protect customer vehicles using appropriate covers, dust sheets, and cleaning consumables.
Maintain vehicle security and safety protocols.
