Job summary

Rosen Automotive Group in Greenfield, WI is seeking a Service Lube Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motor vehicles to high standards while meeting scheduled times and delivering value to customers.

The role requires completing an approved apprenticeship or dealership training, a City & Guilds qualification or equivalent, and a strong focus on safety, detail, and quality workmanship. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with base pay of $18–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience in diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing motor vehicles
• Manufacturer training experience preferred
• Strong understanding of safe manual handling practices
• Organized, methodical problem-solving approach
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Undertake ongoing training to maintain best practices and technical knowledge

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and report vehicle faults and identify current and future servicing or repair requirements.
• Accurately record all work completed, including parts, components, lubricants, and consumables used.
• Read, understand, and apply technical service instructions and updated working practices.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to minimize unnecessary customer costs.
• Protect customer vehicles using appropriate covers, dust sheets, and cleaning consumables.
• Always maintain vehicle security, including locking vehicles when unattended.

Requirements
