Job summary

West Shore Home in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and grow our Installation team, delivering high-quality shower installations and bath remodels. You will be a Leader, Motivator, and Coach with support from GM, trainers, and regional leadership.

You will visit sites, drive KPIs, train staff, and continuously improve warehouse and pre-installation processes while upholding our customer-first culture and five-star service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, construction or home remodeling industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM+.
• Strong leadership with focus on team success and employee engagement.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and reliable vehicle.

As an Installation Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by leading and growing a dynamic team of Installers. You will play the role of Leader, Motivator, and Coach with the support of our General Manager, Installation Trainers, Customer Service & Operations professionals, and all levels of regional leadership.
