Job summary

West Shore Home in Indianapolis is seeking a Service Technician to join our team. You will report to the Installation Manager and work with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations staff to perform service work safely and effectively.

This full-time role includes overtime opportunities, a benefits package, company tools and paid training, plus a vehicle, gas, and drive time covered by the company. A defined career glidepath is provided to help you advance.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry or construction.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable smartphone for company systems.

• Meet customers and assess service area visually.
• Perform service on windows and doors safely and effectively.
• Review service completion with customer and collect signatures.

What You’ll Contribute

• Meet customers, take visual tour of service area, keep customer apprised of service progress
• Perform service on customer's windows and doors in a safe and effective manner
• Review service completion with customer and secure required signatures
• Leaves customer location in a clean and safe appearance
