Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Service Technician in Indianapolis to perform in-home window and door service safely and professionally. You will work with Lead Installers and Trainers to ensure quality repairs and installations. This role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-centric approach.

• Perform service on customer's windows and doors in a safe and effective manner.
• Review service completion with customer and secure required signatures.
• Leave customer location in a clean and safe appearance.

You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.
