Job summary

Advanced Refrigeration & Air Inc. in Florida seeks experienced Service Technicians specializing in commercial HVAC, supermarket refrigeration, and rack systems.

You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment, serving grocery retailers, restaurants, and other businesses across the region. Join our Sarasota team and contribute to on-site diagnoses, preventative maintenance, and rapid response.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work on-call and rotating shifts.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems and troubleshooting.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Document maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent service.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify problems early.
• Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

We are seeking experienced Service Technicians specializing in commercial HVAC, supermarket refrigeration, and rack systems. If you have experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment, we invite you to join our Sarasota team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent service and address their needs.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems early and enhance equipment efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, display cases, and HVAC units.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as coil cleaning, filter replacement, and refrigerant level checks.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with precision.
