Responsibilities include documenting maintenance, diagnosing and repairing walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines and HVAC units, and communicating with clients to meet their needs. The role requires EPA Universal Certification, the ability to work on-call and rotating shifts, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work on-call and rotating shifts.

• Accurately document maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent service and address their needs.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and enhance equipment efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, display cases, and HVAC units.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as coil cleaning, filter replacement, and refrigerant level checks.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with precision.
