Job summary

Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician to help customers feel confident in their vehicle’s safety. You’ll be fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service, with strong focus on safety and quality work.

No automotive experience is required; Driver's License is strongly preferred. The role involves on‑site and online training and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on‑site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
