Jiffy Lube in Phoenix is seeking a Service Technician where no automotive experience is required; we train you from day one to perform maintenance, inspections, and great customer service.

You'll learn by doing: oil changes, fluid refills, multi‑point inspections, and basic vehicle care while following safety standards. Driver's license preferred but not required. On‑the‑job training and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety in all tasks.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working in enclosed or semi-outdoor spaces.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
