Job summary

Jiffy Lube in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Service Technician. No automotive experience required — we train. You will help customers feel confident in their vehicle safety and become fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

Bring a strong safety mindset and teamwork. You’ll perform oil changes, fluid checks, basic maintenance, multi-point inspections, and keep accurate records while following all safety standards.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety and quality maintenance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
