Jiffy Lube LLC. is seeking a Service Technician in Greensboro, NC. No automotive experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. A driver’s license is strongly preferred but not required. You will be fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must commit to safety in all tasks.
• Team-oriented with ability to communicate clearly.

• Ability to stand long periods and lift 50+ lbs (bend, reach, crawl, climb).
• Comfortable in enclosed or semi-outdoor spaces.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
