Job summary

Jiffy Lube LLC in Leland, NC is seeking a Service Technician with no automotive experience required; training provided. You will help customers feel confident in their vehicle's safety, perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi-point inspections; team members are fully cross trained.

Responsibilities include honest recommendations, safety, on-site and online training, assisting with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep; strong emphasis on customer service and growth

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, climb.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
