Job summary

Jiffy Lube LLC. is seeking a Service Technician in Raleigh, NC. No automotive experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; you will learn maintenance, inspections, and customer service as part of a fully cross-trained team.

You’ll perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance, assist with other services, and ensure safety standards are met while building customer trust through clear communication.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided
• Driver's license strongly preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on-site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties
