Job summary

Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician in Cary, NC. No automotive experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You will help customers feel confident in their vehicle safety and perform maintenance tasks with a fully cross‑trained team.

Responsibilities include oil changes, inspections, and record keeping, while upholding safety standards and participating in ongoing training. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on‑site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
