Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to support maintenance of our properties in Louisville, KY. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and assist with make-readies under supervision.

Strong safety awareness and hands-on skills are essential. You will use industry tools and company systems to complete requests, follow preventive maintenance plans, and help ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of general maintenance and safety experience.
EPA 608 Type I & II or Universal certification required.
High School diploma preferred.
Must provide own hand tools.
Intermediate computer skills with industry-specific tech.

Responsibilities

Use industry-specific technology to manage daily maintenance tasks with supervision.
Complete maintenance requests and make-readies per BH standards.
Identify and report hazardous conditions to management.
Follow preventive maintenance programs and BH guidelines.
Maintain and secure all property-issued tools.
Post notices and manage on-call duties as needed.
Respond to resident requests per company standards.
Adhere to OSHA and safety requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
