MIH Systems Group in Hudson, Ohio is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform start-up and service of equipment across commercial air conditioning, heating, and energy management systems.

The role requires 5+ years in the field, EPA Universal, and the ability to troubleshoot, with a focus on reliability and safety. Compensation includes hourly pay between $35 and $55 plus comprehensive benefits and company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning.
• Knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems.
• Startup experience.
• Mentored others in the field.
• EPA Universal.
• Must have your own hand tools.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10-hour training certification and OSHA 30 (preferred).
• Master HVAC-R is a plus.
• Manufacturing certifications (Aaon, Smart Chiller, Samsung, ClimaCool, ClimateMaster… – preferred).
• Self-starter, great communication skills, timely.

We are searching for both experienced and entry-level HVAC technicians to help support the growing service business.
