Road Technician & Mechanic - Mobile Crane & Heavy Equipment

Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician & Mechanic – Mobile Crane Road Technician. Hands-on experience with cranes and lift equipment is a plus. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits. A sign-on bonus of $300 is available after 100 days of successful employment.

Essential Functions

1. Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, assemble, and disassemble mobile cranes
2. Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed
3. Interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings
4. Communicate effectively with service writers, supervisors, parts department, and customers
5. Document actions taken properly
6. Use diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs
7. Adhere to safety requirements and regulations
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience Requirements

1. Ability to work independently with strong initiative
2. Solid background in diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
3. Possess basic mechanic’s hand tools
4. Work safely around moving machinery in varying temperature and humidity conditions
5. Lift up to 50 lbs

Manufacturer’s training will be provided. Candidates must be willing to learn new electronic, hydraulic, and computer systems, follow evolving safety guidelines, and stay certified in various areas such as assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting.
