Job summary

The Summit at Rock Hill in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Service Technician to perform make-readies, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, painting and grounds upkeep to ensure resident safety and comfort. You will expedite service requests, repair appliances, maintain HVAC systems and support multi-site operations while maintaining a neat, professional image around the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• EPA and HVAC certifications required; CPO preferred.
• On-call responsibilities and ability to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Expedite make-readies: check appliances, change bulbs, repair minor issues.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and grounds tasks as needed.
• Maintain pools, HVAC systems and respond to resident maintenance requests.
