Job summary

Trek Bikes Lancaster is seeking a part-time Service Technician to care for bikes and keep owners riding smoothly. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, service a range of bikes, and be among the first to work with new models in a welcoming store setting.

We value hospitality, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Prior mechanic experience isn’t required as training is provided to help you grow your skills and confidence on the job.

You’ll troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes, and you’ll be the first to have your hands on brand new models before they hit the sales floor. Most importantly, you’ll build relationships with people who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly.We’re looking for a teammate with stellar customer service chops, a willingness to learn, and a real motivation to build skills as a technician.
