Qualifications

• At least 4 years of GM dealership technician experience or equivalent.
• Gold Certification in Electrical Electronics and Cold Certification in 3 GM specialties within 12 months.
• Knowledge of repair tools and safety regulations.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and read technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles per repair orders and factory standards.
• Perform a range of repairs from oil changes to major engine/transmission work.
• Document findings, parts, and repairs on orders and inspection sheets.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and quality.
• Coordinate with Service Advisor on additional work and timelines.
• Maintain tools, workspace, and safety protocols.
