Service Technician (Install Team)

Location: 2643 North Interstate 35E, Suite 200, Carrollton, TX 75006 (Canteen).

Job type: Full-time, Monday – Friday 7:00 AM start time. Applications accepted only online.

Pay: $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with installing and testing kiosk and camera equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26‑foot box truck to transport, deliver, and install equipment across customer locations.
• Efficiently load and unload equipment using lift gates, pallet jacks, and stair climbers.
• Maneuver equipment through tight spaces and adapt installations as required.
• Install, test, troubleshoot, and verify kiosk and camera setups to ensure proper functionality.
• Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs and service visits.
• Inspect machines, dismantle components, identify problems, replace parts, and test operations.
• Maintain equipment inventory, order parts, and ship/receive machines.
• Assist in machine installation, removal, and setup of mechanical equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
