A leading company in plastics manufacturing is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide technical support for injection molding systems. This role involves extensive travel across Pennsylvania, troubleshooting complex equipment, and working closely with customers. Join our service team and take your career to the next level supporting customers across Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and repair of injection molding machines, molds, robots, and other product handling equipment
• Work directly with customers, call center, and spare parts teams to diagnose and resolve issues
• Complete detailed work orders and reports
• Travel regionally within Pennsylvania about 90% of the time (Monday through Friday) with occasional North American travel (up to 10%)

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of a 2-year technical associate degree or diploma
• Experience with injection molding equipment, including assembly, testing, and service
• Familiarity with Husky equipment is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Proficient with Windows-based computer applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel to Canada as needed
