Leading Edge Equipment is seeking Agricultural Technicians to diagnose and repair John Deere equipment in a hands-on, customer-focused setting. You will use Service ADVISOR and other diagnostic tools, document work, and support customers both in-shop and in the field while following safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude and experience with ag equipment or are pursuing a tech degree, plus a valid driver’s license.

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agricultural equipment or pursuing a tech degree.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Toolset experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment


• Use Service ADVISOR™ and other diagnostic tools


• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed


• Support customers in-shop and in the field


• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Toolset

• Experience with diagnostic software


• Familiarity with combines, sprayers, and tractors
