Job summary

Leading Edge Equipment in Michigan is seeking Agricultural Technicians who thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment. We’ll train the right person for full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions.

You will work on John Deere equipment, use diagnostic tools, document repairs, and support customers in shop or field, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ag equipment or pursuing a tech degree.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Toolset preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment.
• Use Service ADVISOR and other diagnostic tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Support customers in-shop and in the field.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
