Job summary

Leading Edge Equipment is seeking Agricultural Technicians who are mechanically inclined and eager to make an impact in their community. You will diagnose and repair John Deere equipment, use diagnostic tools, and document work while supporting customers in the shop and in the field.

Ideal candidates have experience with agricultural equipment or are pursuing a technical degree, strong communication, and teamwork skills, and a valid driver’s license.

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment
• Use Service ADVISOR™ and other diagnostic tools
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
• Support customers in‑shop and in the field
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with ag equipment or pursuing a tech degree

• Valid driver’s license
• Toolset

(Not Required):

• CDL
• Experience with diagnostic software
• Familiarity with combines, sprayers, and tractors
