Job summary

Leading Edge Equipment in Carrington, ND, is seeking Agricultural Technicians who thrive in a hands-on setting. We offer full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles and will train the right candidate.

The team focuses on strong service delivery and career growth in a welcoming shop environment. You will diagnose and repair John Deere equipment, operate Service ADVISOR and other diagnostic tools, and maintain thorough documentation while assisting customers in-shop and on-site.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ag equipment or pursuing a tech degree.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment.
• Use Service ADVISOR and other diagnostic tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Support customers in-shop and in the field.
