Job summary

Corvant in Marietta, GA, is seeking a Service Technician III to install, service, and maintain a range of commercial HVAC systems. You will diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support customers with high-quality service in mission-critical environments.

The role requires deep HVAC knowledge, a minimum of 10 years’ experience, EPA certification, OSHA 10, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read codes and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical school preferred.
• EPA certification is required or preferred.

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum 10+ years of HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Service Technician III is responsible for completing installation, service, and maintenance on various commercial HVAC systems. Must have experience with inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment.

Required Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Ability to follow and communicate instructions and directions both verbally and written.
• Mastery of HVAC components and terminology.
• Experience with inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment
• Experience w/ HVAC systems start-up/commissioning
• Working knowledge of HVAC concepts related to leak detection, evacuation, recovery, charging, heath pumps and air quality systems,
• Working knowledge of service tools and testing devices
• Ability to follow and communicate instructions and directions both verbally and written.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma Required. Technical school preferred.
• OSHA 10 Preferred
• EPA Certified
• Valid Drivers’ License
• Minimum 10 plus years of HVAC experience required.
