Whaley Foodservice, LLC, a large Southeast commercial kitchen equipment repair company, is hiring immediately for Service Technician II in Pensacola, FL. Pay rate $28.00–$35.00/hour with on-call pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration, diagnose issues, complete service calls, and ensure parts and tools are stocked. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms are consistent with Whaley standards of safety.
• Meets on-call requirements.
