Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Basic computer skills and smartphone use.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal and common areas.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup as needed.
• Manage recycling and trash operations including chutes and bins.
• Provide apartment make-ready support (painting, cleaning, light maintenance).
• Perform light audits and replace bulbs.
• Assist with preventative maintenance projects and light work orders.
• Support company values by delivering exceptional service to residents.
