Restaurant Technologies is seeking a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to operate local routes and deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens. You will connect hoses, load/unload, and use iPhone apps for route tracking and invoicing while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid CDL A/B with Tanker Endorsement, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strong safety mindset. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, 401k, PTO, and bonuses. Training provided.

Responsabilités

• Operate an automatic straight truck on local delivery routes.
• Deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens with safe, accurate service.
• Load/unload using truck hoses and monitor tank levels.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $35.00 per hour. This is comprised of a base rate of $30.00 per hour and a $5.00 per hour premium for the Weekend Warrior shift. Shift differential and overtime pay may also apply, and the position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level-up development programs.

Available Shift(s): The schedule for this position is Saturday through Tuesday. You’ll work four 10-hour shifts each week, starting at 11:00 P.M.

What You’ll Do:

• As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standard

Education, Requirements & Competencies:

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
• Strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
• Bilingual
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

Driving Record Expectations:

• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph

Drug & Alcohol Compliance:

This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle, and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test. Please be advised, a positive result for any controlled substance will disqualify applicants; including marijuana (THC), even if it is legal under state or local law. Additionally, Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
