B&B Cool Air in Fort Myers, FL seeks an HVAC Service Technician to maintain and repair heating, cooling, ice-making and refrigeration systems for luxury clubs and upscale homes.

You will install, diagnose, and repair equipment, work on-call when needed, and uphold safety standards while representing the company’s values. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC technician; Refrigeration skills preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating.
• Refrigeration skills are a BIG plus.
• Available to work a rotating on-call schedule after hours.
• Open to working overtime.
• Independent thinker and self-motivated.
• Over 23 years of age with license >3 years to drive company vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening.

B&B Cool Air is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will take on the important responsibility of expertly maintaining and repairing a variety of systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ice‑making equipment, and refrigeration units. Your work will primarily take place in prestigious country clubs as well as other upscale commercial and residential environments. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating
• Refrigeration skills are a BIG plus
• Available to work a rotating on‑call schedule after hours
• Open to working overtime
• Independent thinker and self‑motivated
• Over 23 years of age with having a driver’s license for more than 3 years (due to vehicle insurance requirements) to drive a company‑issued vehicle
• Ability to pass background checks and pre‑employment drug screening
